"Free POA" Program

On average, only 3 out of 10 people have anything written down and we are going to change that! Our mission is to protect our community and our neighbors, by offering FREE power of attorney to the community.

A power of Attorney (POA) is an important legal document that allows someone you choose to speak to the Doctor and manage your finance in case of illness, sever accident, or aging. 

After a person turns 18 years old, their parents can no longer speak to a doctor on your behalf. Additionally, your parents or a loved one cannot access your Finacial accounts to maintain your financial obligations creating preventable loss and expenses. All people need this emergency protection and that is why the Courtroom Cowboy himself is offering Free POA's to the local communities that we protect and serve in both New Mexico and Arizona.

Healthcare power of attorney or often called advance healthcare directive allows the person you name to speak to the doctor in the event you are not able to.

Financial power of attorney allows the person you named to access your Finacial accounts in efforts to maintain your financial obligations and preventable loss and expenses in the event you cannot speak for yourself. 

A legal document that allows a person's health information to be used or disclosed to a third party. The waiver is part of a series of patient-privacy measures set forth in the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) of 1996.

You can get your free POA notarized on your own, or you can attend our monthly group signings. For the Estate planning documents to be valid, it must be (1) signed, (2) witnessed, and (3) notarized. Can't find a notary? No problem, come join us for our group signing sessions.
